What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who wants to take their career to the next level. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment who wants to join a fast environment & help build out a function. We are a small close-knit team with an innovative, revolutionary fintech product that blows our customers away. Now, we need you to help us close more deals and expand our pipeline!

What You Will Own:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Build outbound sales strategies to create and nurture opportunities
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at prospective clients
  • Serving as an ambassador for the Alternative brand; become a product expert; evangelizing the benefits of our platform
  • Partner with Alternative’s Executive team to develop and refine our sales process
  • Engage with product and engineering teams to help drive product strategy

What You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years of new business Sales experience working with SMBs or startups, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Self-starter with the ability to exercise judgment and solve complex problems without direct supervision
  • Familiarity with banking, financial services, and/or fintech is a plus
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesloft, & various prospecting tooling
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and energetic, with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listener to identify the needs/use cases of potential clients and propose appropriate solutions
  • Coachable, adaptable, and resilient
